The hotel is situated close to many local attractions and restaurants, which made our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed the local cuisine at the hotel's restaurant and had a variety of options to choose from. we loved the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast.

The experience wasn't entirely positive. The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned, and we didn't have access to hot water in the shower.

If I were to nitpick, I believe there could be room for improvement in terms of staffing. Although the hotel did its best, it would have been more convenient to have additional staff available during the day and night.

Location and HK staff nice. Reception lady nice. Excellent rooms. Varieties for shopping. Easy access. Plenty of hot water. Reasonably priced. Would stay here again.
